Updates about the Hwy 7/Louisiana Project

For those of you who weren’t able to attend the open house last week, I’ve scanned and uploaded the handouts they provided. One is about the environmental impact, and the other is about the staging of the project.

Environmental Impact: The big takeaway is that you may smell a mothball type of odor from time to time, but everything should be okay. More details in the document: LouisianaEnv

Staging: As for the staging, the big takeaways are the temporary shift of the Hwy 7/Louisiana intersection (it will align with where you see them installing the new traffic signals). Also as they move into some of the work next year, there may be some impacts trying to use Lake St/Hwy 7 Frontage Road. More details in the document: LouisianaSched


Southwest LRT Stations
